Here's a example list for the Clean fruit Cleanse Diet:
Day 1 (Pre-flush)
Every two time from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Consume a 6-ounce aminoacids drink (void of any sweetening, synthetic colours, or other substances detailed below), followed by 8-12 oz. of water
Dinner: 3-6 glasses of raw veggie greens, with 1 to 2 tbsps olive or flax seed oil or 1/2 grape, plus 50 percent a orange or lime
3-6 oz. slender aminoacids or egg whites
Days 2 and 3
Every two time from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Eat one offering (approximately 100 calories' worth) of fruit and drink 8-12 oz. water
Dinner: 3-6 glasses of raw veggie greens with 1 to 2 tbsps olive or flax seed oil or 1/2 grape, plus 50 percent a orange or lime
1 aminoacids drink
Protein sprays should NOT include:
Casein
Calcium caseinate
Sodium caseinate
Fructose
Aspartame
Acesulfame-K
Acesulfame potassium
Sucralose
Sugar
Sucrose
Evaporated stick juice
Artificial tastes and/or colors
